Groupon owes me * tickets which I paid for and have not received. I love the deals, but this is NOT a deal!!

I bought * vouchers for * people total. (* on each voucher) @ $** each. I paid $**.**. I received only one voucher for * people totaling $**.**. I was charged $**. I am missing the other voucher for * people. ... I ordered and paid $**.** for * tickets at Heritage Museum and Gardens. See order * ****-******-****** on May **, **** from *****@***.com. I now want to use those tickets on Saturday *******. I can see I only received * voucher for * at $**. (Order * *********) One voucher for * is missing. Please send me or resend the missing voucher Or refund me the money. Thank you, Steven Barney.
I am frustrated because I think they saw the * and only gave me * tickets, when in actuality I ordered and paid for * tickets , ie * vouchers.

I have ordered from Groupon for years and I did not expect this mistake. I definitely am frustrated because I cannot call and talk to someone.
I have filled out other online forms and looked without success for a phone number for Groupon. If this is not resolved I will not use Groupon again.
