I purchased a two night stay back in March for ***$ they verified my room numerous times. The motel has been closed for months so the people who verified my reservations straight up lied. I then had to purchase a one night stay at St James place on my mom's card, whom I might add no one spoke with to get permission from her. I want the Gretna stay reimbursed and the difference between the St James stay and nothing billed on her card ending in ****
