Problem NOT FIXED!!! RIDICULOUSNESS THAT I HAD TO EXPERIENCE TODAY. Cause more strsss than it was worth and I just had a stroke and Take a situation doesn’t help my health issue to begin with. I’m to the point I don’t even know if I will continue to purchase with Groupon and I have always been a huge supporter and I look at every email every day

I tried four consecutive times to purchase tickets not only for the Mid evil experience along with dinner show but I also try to at least five times to do the store and explore package at the Broadway on with a boardwalk in Myrtle Beach both of these packages were for Myrtle Beach area due to a family being here on vacation !!! Very disappointed very very disappointed ... Trying to purchase a Groupon and can’t says they are having difficulties and have been since yesterday of me trying to order tickets I’m very angry
Whenever I add the same information repeatedly scan my card and hit save and then get a reading that says that your system is having technical difficulties four times for the mid evil thing and five for five times for this sore and explore package I think at that point I had just had enough and it shouldn’t be that difficult, ever!!!
Resolving the situation in my opinion would not only be refunded my money back for the soar and explore that finally went through on the six try but add one the rest of the wonderworms package also pay for the mid evil dinner and show as important guests
I have been a long-standing of Groupon I have purchased a few things but like I said I do open almost every single email for goods for travel for kids items for leisure activities and find for food everything
Groupon has absolutely no customer service telephone number which I find to be absurd considering I’m sure I’m not the only person that has had a problem with this service and I am hoping to God that this money that I have nothing to show for has not been taken out of my account and if it is I want it all refunded and I want late fees added on. I cannot believe this happened and I am very very angry. The shame of it all is my family is leaving late late Tuesday evening which would be the **th I believe or the **th early morning so hopefully you can make something happen by then but I am expecting it because I drove ** hours to get to Myrtle Beach
