The issue in GetHuman-ecschum's own words
I was trying to apply the code and they said they took it and it showed up on the bill and then when i clicked pay, it showed the full price. Even though they had accepted the **% discount ... I applied a code for **% off on a groupon for a Segway in Denver. It said it took the **% off but when I ordered it it showed it at **.** instead of **.**. If I can't get it for **.**, I want to cancel the order. Know I only have ** hours to cancel Very disappointed with groupon. I can't talk with anyone !!!
This is very frustrating, because i can't talk to anyone and I am not getting this fixed or is it reflected in my payment
They could make this right by giving me the **% off that they said was applied, but in the billing it wasn't!!!!
