Noone will answer my live chat. All are ignoring it. Your company made a mistake and charged me twice for a Hotel stay. I tried telling them about it and they're saying no refund. It was not my mistake. Your company charged me twice and won't refund my money back.
GetHuman-donnacle did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
