Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a massage Groupon from Heaven On Earth. It expires on July **. I have made over * attempts to reach someone by phone to schedule the massage, and I have scheduled the massage through their online website * times, to only have Heaven On Earth cancel the appointment through email with no explanation, both times shortly before I had scheduled the appointments. I am frustrated with this business and I do not want a massage from a business that works like this. I want a refund for the groupon.
