Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I’ve been going between Groupon and novadab to get a refund on * orders I purchased last month on the * and still have not received I have called them they say I have to go through youyou guys say contact they I have order numbers ********* & *********. My name is Suezette BAILEY. I’ve never had this much issues before plz help resolve this issue today. I’m so upset with this I’m at the point of not wanting to be a customer anymore
