I inadvertently purchased a Groupon Using the app. It is for $*** voucher for an Escape Room. However, it is for the wrong place, and when * contacted the facility I need to go to, they will not accept the Groupon. The website and app is very ***bersome when it comes to resolving issues. I sent a message via email because that is the only option I was given to contact customer service. They replied by offering me a chance to trade in the purchase, which I do not want because I am going to another business, and not do I want $*** worth of Groupon bucks to use in the future - especially after this experience. I would like my money back.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
