I booked a hotel for tonight (******) in San Jose, California. My flight got in around ** and I decided to call the hotel to make sure I can still have my room for the night, since it’s almost midnight. The man told me I should have came and reserved my room at ** o’clock and now all the rooms are full. The confirmation email I got from groupon never said a reservation time, so I did not know anything about this. I’ve lost $***.** because of this and I have no place to stay tonight.
