Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I got somehow unknowingly double charged for purchase I made on Jakes Unlimited four Pro package for $***.**.*I would like to keep one of the orders and if you could kindly the cancel the other, it will certainly be appreciated as both charged appeared on my credit card & I'm still waiting on previous credit of $*** to go through. I sure made a mess yesterday while making the purchase thinking that I could get the additional **%.*Your assistance in helping me clear this duplicate charge is greatly appreciated.*Carol Post
