I ordered the Costco member****p deal for $**. After ordering, I discovered the email address on my account is one I no longer have, so the member****p details from Costco would have been sent to an inactive address. Costco told me to call the Groupon company....but apparently the phone number is inactive? The online account will not let me change my email address, and my Capital One card has been charged the $**. How can I get the info from Costco, and how can I change my email address with you? Please help.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
