Vendor failed to service. Groupon offered to trade out the almost hundred dollar investment. Can’t logon on and they do not respond. Offer NO voice support, referring the customer back to the online loop. No way to get any service whatsoever ... I traded in an order almost two weeks ago and have been trying login every since in order to select another itme. My p***word suddenly stopped working. Every time I request the ability to change a p***word, I get NO response. When I email customer support they tell me they have sent the ability to change the p***word in "another" email bu that email never comes. Please help
