Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
I tried to redeem my Groupon on May **, **** which Groupon said that the day it expired. But I have a email with expire date may **, ****. Send Groupon a message to call me at ***-***-**** but no one call me back so I need a refund for my Groupon please.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
