Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

We spoke too many people at Groupon no one was able to resolve my problem we were not asking for a refund we were just asking for an exchange we drove very far and spent so much money and not even the supervisors we're able to help me they didn't even try to contact the actual Merchant to see if they would make the changes for us. We live fairly far and we're one hundred and thirty something dollars short. Again as I mentioned we weren't trying to get our money back originally but now we're stuck with three children tickets and we don't even have children
As I do realize that it was a mistake I would like for my problems to get resolved it does not look like we will be visiting San Diego anytime soon as the experience was very bad and we're hoping that we can get our money back and that somebody would help us as we had to spend even more money to get tickets elsewhere
We were previously using a different app but we decided to switch over to Groupon due to we had heard really good reviews about you guys but I'm honestly very displeased and I think I'm going to go back to the previous app that I had because they were able to resolve any past issues that I went through
We have tried calling multiple times and spoken to Representatives we've also emailed tried reaching out to San Diego Zoo itself and nobody has been able to help us. I understand that everybody has regulations that have to be followed as well work in a customer service industry and I know that there's always the way to fix things and give someone a resolution the customer is always right it's very displeasing that we're unable to get a resolution
