his is my second time contacting you and still have not heard from anyone or even got a return credit for the damaged item I received. The mailman even scanned it as damaged if you look at delivery status. Please refund me my money and if you want the broken amazing grace product sent back to you please send a self paid label. I hope I get a response now. This is ridiculous. Nobody answered your phone and tells you to go on web and still no help
