Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I didn’t realize I had two Groupon accounts, one under Sharon and one under my nickname, Ginger. I purchased a groupon for red irons to have permanent eyeliner on my top and bottom eyelids, apparently under my ‘Sharon’ account. When I went to leave for my appointment, I couldn’t find a groupon on my phone. Thinking I hadn’t purchased one, I ended up by purchasing another. I redeemed the one under ‘Sharon’ today and I would like to be refunded for the one under the ‘Ginger’ account.
GetHuman-ghollis did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
