Help with my Groupon issue

Was trying to redeem it and it charged me twice. ... I cancelled my order and was charged twice.
I feel I was used and can’t talk with a live person to resolve this. I am frustrated with groupons.
I had cancelled within the hour but I was charged twice. I want my money back.
I have used in the past now the system seems more complicated.
I tried it several times to cancel but may have to go to my bank to resolve it.
I have an issue with Groupon too
How GetHuman-bedmonds fixed the problem
