Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I attempted to order a Brazilian waxing for my daughter from Natura using my Paypal account and the **% discount promo. You have my debit card (which I have not authorized), on file and want it deleted. $** was immediately mistakenly taken from my account which needs to be refunded ASAP. I already contacted you right when it happened via my daughter's email gwendolynmila @outlook.com. I was later able to purchase the Natura certificate with the discount through Paypal. Please delete and refund the first one issued incorrectly! There must have been a Groupon system glitch!
GetHuman-jpalidmi did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
