I ordered some wine from Groupon and the $*** cleared my account on May *, ****. However, I have not received the wine. I don't mine re-ordering it, but I need to get the refund back first. It would make it a lot better if I could speak with a real live person. At this point, I don't know if you are trying to take care of my problem or just dragging me along. Immediate assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks
