Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

correct the confusion about my order ... I thought I ordered ONE groupon from Laurenco Cleaning service for a car detailing at the cost of $** On my computer screen it showed TWO groupons from the same company and service at a cost of $**.*I tried to communicate this on the help site, but*received no reply and became totally frustrated. I'd like to have it corrected OR to have my order cancelled.
How difficult it was to receive an answer for the questions I submitted on the website multiple times.
I'd like to speak to someone or communicate by e-mail to resolve the problem. If that doesn't happen I intend to put any charges in dispute on my credit card.
I've been a customer for many years without a problem, but haven't used it in a while.
