Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon

Tom has been charged * times and i cant see my account til tuesday when i go to the bank...we only purchased * vouchers..hotel only accepted * and rejected others...yet we were charged by groypon..gwtting married in * weeks time..could do without all this ... my name is tom nicholson . i purchased * coupons for stanley house hotel mellor lancashire on the *rd May..£*** each.. to cover * nights b&b for *people altogether **st to **rd May..code numbers ********** and *******PTV. today i see in my bank statement that i have been charged *** x *....also mary leahy *my fiancee* may have paid for one of the vouchers ..her card ends with **** and she thinks this is very possible.Could you check whats going on. Marys email is *****@***.com.Its my first time using groupon and its very stressful . I spoke to the hotel and they have rejected any that were presented beyond the *..why then were we charged for more..refund please asap.Thank you..ommy
I dont know what they dont realise...that we have been overcharged possibly many times..first time using groupon....then no live chat to sort it out at the weekend..very stressful for us
I want to make sure that we are charged for * vouchers and no more...all we want are * vouchers....we want a refund into our accounts to set the record straight..both mine and Toms...a thorough sorting out of the situation
First purchase....i expected to be able to buy goods or a service without all this hassle...also on live chat i found obe in particular to be quick to click on a preset message saying youre out of time and live chat is finished..it would be so much easier to speak to someone and issues would be resolved quicker
I wrote a description of what happened ..no live chat...i saw this on friday evening..when i tried to make contact realused live chat was closed for the weekend...bad set up..what happens on bank holiday monday i wonder...are they open or closed
