I have had a groupon account for many years and my computer has always automatically logged me in. I just made a purchase and then realized my username (*****@***.com) needed to be changed because I no longer have access to my college email address. I went in to switch it to my new email address (*****@***.com) and it said it was successful after verifying on my phone, but now it wont let me log in. I tried using both my new email and my old one and neither of them work. Can you please help me?
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
