Hi, **I purchased a Groupon for Priscilla at Jae Salon and Spa, order **********. My account is *****@***.com. Per the voucher instructions, I have to call the salon’s number to make an appointment. Since the date of my purchase, I have made four phone calls. I have never been able to talk to anyone. In February, I left a voicemail—no one returned my call. Since then, I have made three more calls. The answering system is full and does not take any messages. There is no way for me to use this Groupon, and I have tried multiple times. I would like my order refunded in full. Thank you.
