I have received a Groupon as a gift from a nail salon and tried to contact them to make a appointment but have came to realize that the business is shut down. I would like a refund on this gift. Also the coupon says it has been redeemed just yesterday, which is untrue because the place has been shut down for a month. Please help me resolve this issue and get a refund.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
