We are awaiting arrival of a new computer shipped via FedEx under tracking * ************ the original delivery time which Fed Ex supplied to us was between *:** - **:** AM on ********. Around *:** AM on ******** we received a text indicating delivery was to be delayed with arrival scheduled for between *:** - **:** AM on ********. It's now *:**PM on ******** and the package has not arrived. Researching your web site it appears the package was in Hawaii around **:** PM on ******** and further research this noon indicates the package is still in Hawaii. We have not received any update from Fed Ex with a new delivery date * time. While we are not concerned as to when the PC will arrive what are extremely frustrated in the mis-information supplied by Fed Ex regarding delivery times. We have spent the past two days remaining home in anticipation of receipt of the package which we must sign for. This incorrect delivery information is totally unacceptable!!! Please advise us as to the correct status regarding when this package will be received.
