Open a new browser window and type www.fedex.com into the search bar. Hit return.
If you've never visited the FedEx website before, you may be required to select your country and language. If so, click on English or Español next to United States.
You should now see FedEx's U.S. homepage. Click Locations at the top.
You can now search by address, zip code, city, or state. The more details you provide, the more accurate the search results. Entering a state will bring up all the FedEx offices in the state, while a street name will only show offices in the local vicinity.
Enter the details in the search box and click SEARCH.
The results will appear as a list on the left of your screen. On the right, you'll see all the locations plotted on a map.
You can now choose filter categories to narrow down your search. At the top of the map, tick the check boxes if you want an office where you can drop off a package, get shipping assistance, or have them hold a package for you to pick up in person.
Click on MORE FILTERS to filter by other services or narrow your search to include just staffed offices. For more information on each service and location filter, click the ⓘ symbol next to it.
Scroll down to the bottom of the MORE FILTERS pop-up screen and hit APPLY.
Now you need to find your local FedEx office on the list. Alternatively, use the + and - symbols on the bottom right of the map to zoom in, and click on the office you want. The details will become highlighted on the left-hand list.
Click on STORE DETAILS below the office address. This will take you to a webpage for that particular location, where you'll find the full address and links to call or email the office. Use these links to contact your local FedEx office and communicate with a person.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
