Hello, my name is Chelsea and I’m a dasher. Last night I got a text at ***pm to go pick up an order l. When I got there the place was closed. I contacted the person that ordered and they said they picked it up around ***. I drove ** min to go get this for it not to be correct. There was a glitch or something with dash app last night because the order before that was messed up to at delivery. I did get paid for the delivery that was never picked up but I wanted to bring to your attention about it. I have the text from you guys stating to do the order and a screen shot of when to pick the order up by at **:**. Also the texts from the customer that I tried delivering. Please contact me back so I know this is a resolved issue.
