Use the Check Order Status Tool on the Website
Do you have the order number? You can track your food delivery directly from the website. To do this, just enter the email address associated with your DoorDash account and the order number as well. Then, click Get Order Status.

Go to the Orders Tab
Open the Orders tab and select the order you want to track. From there, you can view its current status, such as whether the restaurant is still preparing your order or a Dasher has been assigned to it.
