If some of your order arrived but certain items were missing from it, you can still follow the instructions below, for the most part. Just select the "Missing items" option instead of the "Order never arrived" option in the "Delivery issues" section.Before reporting the problem to DoorDash, check all around your porch , behind the bushes, and anywhere else your order might have been left, or might have fallen, to make sure that it is actually missing. DoorDash check's driver delivery photos when a problem is reported, so they might be able to easily tell you where to look to find your order.
