Fill Out the Patient Information

Enter the patient's first and last name, then review the delivery details. Be sure to update the delivery address to the hospital's address if it's different from the address on file with your pharmacy. Once you've confirmed the information is correct, click Continue.

Review the Summary

If you need additional items from the pharmacy, you can add them to your order before checkout. Otherwise, click Continue to proceed with your prescription delivery.

Click Place Order

Review your order again to make sure all the details are correct. If you don't need to make any further changes, click Place Order to submit your prescription delivery request.

Please note that you can also add other pharmacy items to your order, not just prescription medications. Delivery times may vary depending on the pharmacy's location, the hospital's address, traffic conditions, and the availability of the Dasher.
