Before we start to talk about this very unpleasant experienced today, just let you know that we are using doordash a lot (at least twice a week and we also have doordash pass) but today we ordered a food through doordash(as usual) when I check my order staus , the driver was stuck in somewhere parking lot and stay there for **min. A few min later, suddenly driver changed. To conclude, I waited for * hour to get the cold food. (Just inform that the restaurant that I ordered, its only *mile away from my house) I called doordash customer service but never got through to representatives. Pleases be Serious on your work. Don’t do like this again at least provide coustmor service number correctly.
