I accepted a dash from Chapps today and it said customer paid. When I went to pick up order merchant said I needed to pay. I tried using my card but it was declined. I then texted customer and she said she paid for it and would call them. Moral of the story I lost ** minutes at the merchant before starting the deliverly for $*. Need some compernsation for time lost at Chapps, any help will help, thanks!
