I am unable to resume a dash after a restaurant did not have the items that a customer ordered. I am unable to reach customer support and unable to start a new dash. Now my delivery rate has been affected and it seems like there’s nothing that I can do when the issue was no fault of my own. I need to get back to work immediately and would like to be contacted at ********** or *****@***.com to have this issue resolved.
