Yesterday I had a order and there was very heavy traffic I communicated with the customer and thought everything was fine. As I was on my way to her address I got lost. I called the customer which was very unhelpful so I had to figure it out on my own. I made it to her apartment and deliverey was successful she was very rude but I proceeded kindly keeping in mind that she may have had a bad day. Later on I checked my rating and it went down tremendously. I feel that it was not my fault and I did everything I was suppose to as a doordasher. So I am emailing you to inform you of what happened. Thank you.
