I written numerous questions to the help line. The answers I get are either nonresponsive or give me directins that do not match what I'm seeing on my screen. Is there anyone that walk me through - even if I have to delete my copies of Premium and start over - basic set up and adding other devices? I continue to find my ID and passwords listed under my account but sometimes DL does not fill in the required data at the site. Same with new devices (iphone * plus and ipad). your people keep giving instructions that leave out parts, assume I speak geek, or do not address what I asked. Surely there is someone there that actually knows how to give clear directions.
