Open your old account on a Windows or Mac desktop device, go to File, Export, Dashlane secure archive, and save the archive of your data on your computer (This is an important step that preserves your information)
Log out of your account and then create another one using your new email address.
Import your archived data to your new account by logging into the new Dashlane account. Go to File, Import data, Dashlane secure archive, and then follow the prompts to import your data.
Transfer your subscription from the old account to the new one. Dashlane Team account users can ask the team admin to switch seats from the past to the original accounts. Premium users can contact User Support via the previous account's email address to move Premium benefits to the new account.
Dashlane also allows users to switch contact email addresses depending on the device. All you have to do is:
Sign in to the Dashlane app
From the menu bar, select Tools or Dashlane Menu for Windows and Mac OS X devices respectively
Tap on Preferences
Go to the Account section
Click the lock icon to unlock the panel and then key in your Master Password
You can now change your email address in the space towards the bottom of the screen, just above the Cell phone section
Tap on the icon at the bottom of the screen to lock settings
