Instead, I was asked the same question at least twice, by this so called support person who doesn't even know the English language. Consequently our conversation became convoluted. It frustrated me, and I have experienced similar inept support many times in the past. Hence my rude comment, (as you will read in the transcript) suggesting that this support person get an education.
