Instead, I was asked the same question at least twice, by this so called support person who doesn't even know the English language. Consequently our conversation became convoluted. It frustrated me, and I have experienced similar inept support many times in the past. Hence my rude comment, (as you will read in the transcript) suggesting that this support person get an education. Please be informed that Cricket is not holding up their responsibility to support the Samsung brand.
