hello**I order an item * week ago and the seller has now asked for a further £***. I have said this not the agreement and asked for cancellation and full refund. the seller has been very rude, sending smirking emoji's and wouldnt refund. No he has agreed to refund but only the end of the month. I asked if he can confirm cancellation and he refuses to do so until the end of the month also? how do i know he will cancel the item and provide a full refund?
