Dear AliExpress customer service team,***I have opened a dispute for order ****************.**The reason I have opened this dispute is because my order is stuck with customs in Belgium and I received a letter from customs saying that the original invoice of my order is missing. I also uploaded pictures in the dispute of this letter as evidence.**For this reason customs cannot release my order.**Now I received a reply from AliExpress on my dispute saying the following:**“According to the shipping information, the package stay in custom and delayed the delivery. Please wait in patience and confirm with us whether you received the goods until seller guarantee time ends, at the same time, please contact your custom to check the reason why the package was detained. If you are responsible to do the clearance, please do the clearance so that you can get the goods as soon as possible.”**Does AliExpress even read the comments I wrote in my dispute?**I need the original invoice of my order!
