I bought a oxygen concentrator. The payment was taken from my credit card for $***. Then the seller writes that it did not pass customs and was returned to them. So I asked for a refund. Since then I have been going in circles from the seller, to dispute through AliExpress, to PayPal though I used my credit card. They denied the dispute. The seller promised payment through PayPal, then they sent it but when I clicked the accept button it said it was no longer there.So I told them and showed them with screenshots, they sent me back to AliExpress. There is no real person to talk to, it is all automated and obviously set up to keep money no matter what. I am going to contact my credit card company about this.

GetHuman-landmwol did not yet indicate what AliExpress should do to make this right.
