I had a reservation for Park central hotel with Air bnb. When I got to the hotel to check in, they weren’t checking anything in due to a system malfunction. The front desk manager said they didn’t have an estimated time as to when they were going to be able to check people in- they suggested we wait in the lobby. In my case I wasn’t able to wait standing too so I asked them to cancel my reservation and requested a refund. They told me since I had booked through a third party (Air Bnb) I wasn’t able to get a refund , so I’m sending this to air bnb because I could not get in contact via telephone.
