Hello, I made a booking for TWO guest from *th to **th December for a room in Sheffield United Kingdom. After booking was done, card details entered and receipts was sent, the host Shanin Jahangir with link https:**www.airbnb.com*users*show********* sent an email later stating the room was not suitable for two. Now if I cancel I will lose over £*** for an error that wasn’t my fault. Kindly assist and help cancel without losing funds. I recently found that customers have had the same complaints in his review. Please kindly assist.
