A guest left an unfair review about our home that has dragged us out of being a superhost for months. This was done before the superhost affair. Now, we feel that because of this dishonest and unfair review, we are doomed to never reaching super host. We have been trying to bail ourselves out all summer and are frustrated. It's unfair that one bad apple can literally ruin the bunch of fantastic reviews that we always get. We want airbnb to review previous and later reviews that prove that the guest was unfair in their review and correct the situation so we reach superhost status.
GetHuman-lancempo did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
