i was on airbnb webpage and contacted the host, he suggested i pay thriough a different account, i emailed airbnb customer service "William" and he told be this was okay. i p*aid the money and now realise i have been scammed....$****.**.*i have sent all my emails and URL, everything to Airbnb and i'm getting no help, it's a disgrace. i still have to book a place for my family and myself to stay in New York in November. Why will no one from Airbnb help me????
