I booked the air bnb to Bermuda which is next week. Received a message saying payment didn’t go threw so it was cancelled. I went on and repurchased it again so we wouldn’t look the booking. Paid it in full. How do I get a refund for the first half I paid initially as I received a new credit card and no one ever called or reached out to me. I even confirmed with the host that payment was ok. Please help ASAP
