Hello, i reserved a airbnb for sunday of last week. The host was not messaging me back or confirming check in time or answering any questions. So i called and she sounded groggy and half asleep at *pm in the day time. Then, she hung up on me and wouldnt answer my calls. So i decided to cancel the booking. The only problem is that the card i used to book the reservation got stolen a few days later and i had to close it and get a new one. So i need to give airbnb the proper card so i can recieve my funds back. Thank you!
