Been trying to get a refund for a cellphone (receipt included) when sent a return label by an ATT&T rep. Why was I sent this label if this is not return protocol? Not hard to figure out**Either *) ship my phone back to me*OR )* refund my money.
GetHuman-tubetime did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
