I have spent three months and over * hours on the phone trying to get an issue handled. I returned a phone * months ago and purchased a new phone and still have not been credited the $***.**. I have spoken to customer loyalty three times and have been told my issue is handled. My cell phone has been shut off twice in the last week, I have been transferred, put on hold, disconnected and sent to different people who ***ured me my problem has been taken care of. I have had it! my phone is turned off again! So much for customer service let alone customer loyalty. I need someone in charge to go over my account and call me with a solution.
I trust that AT&T will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
