How Can I Access My TikTok Without the Password or Email?

With all the online communities that people belong to, it can be easy to forget log-in information for some of them. If you have forgotten both your password and log-in email for TikTok, then you may think that you can't sign in to your account anymore. But if you just read on, you'll learn that you may be able to after all.

Search Your Inboxes

If you know that one of your current email addresses is the one you used for TikTok but can't remember which one, just search the inbox of each for messages from TikTok. That will tell you the email address you need. Then you just need to go to TikTok's log-in page, click on Forgot Password and then enter your email address. You will be sent a code you can use to log in temporarily, and can then change your password to a new one.

Use Your Phone

If you have a phone with you, click on Forgot Password on the log-in page. You can then enter your phone number. You will be sent a code to use to temporarily log in, and then change your password.

Use the TikTok Feedback Form

If you don't have access to a phone, you can use TikTok's feedback form to regain access to your account. Just follow these instructions:

1. Search for "TikTok feedback" in any search engine.
2. Use the link to get to the form. It will have a field for your Username and on for your email.
3. Enter your email in the email field. It does not have to be the email you used to join TikTok, so enter any email address you have access to.
4. Enter your TikTok username.
5. Enter a description of your problem in the field titled "What would you like to tell us?"
6. Click on the submit button.

TikTok will respond within three to five business days. Provide any information that is requested and follow instructions, and you should be able to regain access to your account.
