What Do I Do If My SoFi Account Has the Wrong Balance?
If you have discovered that your SoFi account has the wrong balance, there are several things you should do. If a Direct Deposit was made to the wrong account, your employer needs to fix it. If your account was hacked, you need to change your password for security. You may want to make reports to the police and the FTC. You should also bring the problem to SoFi's attention.
You're probably a little panicked if you just checked your SoFi account and found that it has the wrong balance. Make Sure the Balance Is Wrong

Change Your Password

You can then ask that representative who you need to talk to. You may need to call back when the relevant departments are open.
